Initial public offer of up to 14,300,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sonaselection India Limited ("The Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 94-99 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 84-89 per equity share) (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 134.42-141.57 Crores (the "Issue"). The issue will constitute [*]% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 94 to Rs. 99 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 9.4 times of the face value and the cap price is 9.9 times of the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 150 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each and in multiples of 150 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- thereafter.
