Initial public offering of 1,20,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("Equity Shares") of Alpine Texworld Limited (Formerly known as 'Alpine Spinweave Limited') ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 105 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 95 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 126.25 Crore ("Issue") comprising a fresh issue of 1,20,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each by the company aggregating to Rs. 126.25 Crore ("Fresh Issue"). The issue shall constitute 31.44% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 105 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 10.50 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 142 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 142 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter.
